Dear Tenant,

  

            As originally stated at move-in, all NON-EMERGENCY repair requests must be

 

made in writing.  This can be done in several ways:

 

1-      Faxed to our office – 352-242-5189 (Repair Request Printable Form)

2-      Emailed to Becky at – Becky_Burke@embarqmail.com

3-      Online Request.  

4-   Or can be dropped off at the office 24/7.

  

We need to have documentation of all requests for repair.  This helps us with our

records, as well as enabling us to follow up that repairs have been completed.   Please make every effort to utilize the above methods.  Please note that although we contact a vendor upon receipt of your request, we cannot guarantee their availability, however most work will be addressed with 7 days.

 

                         EMERGENCY requests (i.e. A/C not working, major plumbing leak, etc.) can

still be phoned in to the office – 352-394-1473 or Becky’s cell – 352-536-4297 but also needs to be in writing for documentation purposes.  Emergency repairs will be addressed within 48-72 hours, depending on vendor availability.
