Utility Lists

Thank you for choosing us to be your next management and customer service company. We do realize that moving into a new home can be overwelming and exhausting so we have tried to put together a complete list that will help and assist you during the first couple of weeks.

We are highly recommending Renter's Insurance for your personal belongings.
If your community has mailboxes grouped together you need to contact the local post office to have a key made for you. You can either visit www.usps.com or call 800-ask-usps. While you're at the office make sure you pick up a Change of Address Form.
Turn your utilities on at least one to two days prior to move-in so that there isn't a delay in the power or water. Make sure you schedule cable and phone early.
Make sure you update your driver license.
Make sure you update your voters registration card if you are moving to another county
